How to get EndNote X7.5 for Windows and X7.5.3 for Mac
EndNote^® X7.5 for Windows and EndNote^® X7.5.3 for Windows is available at our download portal. The current download X7.5 for Windows and X7.5 for Mac are the latest editions. After login, please go to the 'Files' menu. With the labels at the top of the page you can select version X7.5 (click term) or unselect (click term again). Now you will see an overview of available files and below the files a serial number and product key for your organization. In case you forgot your password: There is a password reset link available at our download portal.
ATTENTION: Starting with version X7 there will be only one product key needed for both Windows and Mac. 
IMPORTANT: The EndNote files require special handling (5-10 minutes work) before the files can be distributed to the end users. The special handling instructions, to create the end user distributions, are available in the PDF  instruction files:

What's new in EndNote X7.5 for Windows:
This release contains features, critical updates, optimizations and other improvements for:

• Cite While You Write for Microsoft Word 2016 for Windows.
• Syncing libraries with large file attachments.
• A better user experience on Windows devices with higher screen resolution.
• Find Full Text feature.
• Cumulative updaters for X7.5 Windows.

What's new in EndNote X7.5.3 for Mac:
This release contains features, critical updates, optimizations and other improvements for:

• MS Word 2016 will no longer prompt the end user to grant access to the plist file.
• This new MS Word 2016 add-in requires MS Word 2016 v15.21 and OS X El Capitan. Yosemite users should remain on MS Word 2016 v 15.20 or update to El Capitan. As indicated in the auto updater window, Yosemite users will be allerted when there is a compatible version of MS Word 2016 released.
• MS Word 2008 and 2011 add-ins from X7.4 have been restored for OS X Snow Leopard users only.
• Fix for crash when Trend Micro Internet Security is running on OS X El Capitan.
• Bug fixes.

If you have authorized your end users to install updates:
The end users will be prompted to download and install update X7.5 for Mac automatically. They may follow the popup screen instructions after starting EndNote X7 Mac or choose 'Check for Updates' in EndNote X7, under the 'Help' (Windows) or 'EndNote' (Mac) menu.
