Dear Customer,
Our highest priority is delivering the most comprehensive reference management tool. That's why we've made the important decision to discontinue the sale of Reference Manager, effective December 31, 2015, and focus exclusively on the continued enhancement of Endnote, our premier reference management solution.
Your current Reference Manager Site License access will not be affected. We will continue to provide all Reference Manager users with customer and technical support until December 31, 2016.
We know that Reference Manager is critical to your researchers’ writing process. We’ve found that switching to EndNote suits the needs of many researchers. If you haven’t had the opportunity to evaluate EndNote, we encourage you to consider the advantages of providing EndNote to your students and researchers so they can find, store, create, and share research.
As always, our customer and technical support experts are here to help. You can contact us via phone or email and a member of our team will get back to you right away.
In the next two weeks, a representative of DISC - Researchsoftware.com, the distributor for the Benelux and Turkey, will contact you to discuss the consequences of the above message and to elaborate on possible next steps to be taken from the perspective of your organization. If you already have switched to EndNote within your organization, please ignore this message.
Best Regards,

Suat Tuzgöl
