1. What is GDPR?

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and was designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens data privacy and to reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy.

2. Who to contact for correction, blocking or deletion of your personal information?

For excercising any right to demand information as to correction, blocking or deletion of your personal information, please contact DISC B.V., P.O. Box 423, 2100 AK Heemstede, The Netherlands or submit your request to us.

3. What kind of personal data do you process?

Data protection and your privacy are important for us and we might collect the following (functional) data for the purpose of delivering software and services:

  • (Session) Cookie ID
  • IP address (fraude protection)
  • VAT ID (Book keeping and Tax regulations)
  • Organization name
  • Contact Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone and/or Fax number
  • Reseller ID

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. For the purpose of product registration we might exchange data with our suppliers. To be compliant with tax rules and fulfillment of tax obligations, we exchange data with Tax authorities.
