Thank you for your interest in EndNote. The EndNote demos are fully-functional trial versions that include documentation to get you started. You will have 30 days after you first use the program to evaluate EndNote and all its features. After the evaluation period has expired, the program will revert to a feature-restricted EndNote Viewer.
Please note that if you install the demonstration version to two separate machines that you cannot share libraries between the two machines. Library sharing between two demo versions will cause the versions to expire.
- Select the appropriate download link and save the demo installer file to a conveniently accessible place such as your desktop.
- Locate the downloaded installer file and double-click the file to run the installer.
- Follow the demo installer wizard.
- After the demo has been installed, you can delete the demo installer file.
- EndNote 21 Windows requires Windows 10 or 11.
- EndNote 21 Mac requires Mac 10.14, 10.15, 11, 12, 13 or 14. To update your Mac OS, go to "System Preferences / Software Update"
